Vacei Tax is a preparation assistant for Malta corporate income tax returns. It fills the official CfR e-return template from the trial balance and supporting documents you upload, proposes account mappings, and produces a tax computation working paper grounded in the Income Tax Act (Cap. 123).
The service assists a professional preparer; it does not replace one. Every figure on a generated return derives deterministically from the data you upload and the answers you confirm — no figure is invented by AI. You (the preparer/firm) remain solely responsible for reviewing, approving and filing every return. AI-generated review points and mapping proposals are advisory only.
Uploaded files are processed to produce your return and stored only as needed to provide the service (generated returns, computation summaries, and your confirmed account mappings for reuse on returning clients). We do not sell or share client data. You may request deletion of your account and stored data at any time.
Return generation consumes credits. Credits are non-refundable once a return has been generated. Purchases are currently invoiced directly; contact us to top up.
The service is provided "as is". While outputs are mechanically verified (every intended figure is re-checked in the produced file), we do not warrant that any return is correct or complete for filing — that judgment is the preparer's. To the maximum extent permitted by Maltese law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
